Laloopna Hoops and Feelin’ Phat Fitness are excited to team up and announce a six week Beginner Hoop Fitness Class!

Why hula hoop you my ask? The benefits are endless! Hooping is a fantastically creative form of exercise that feels like play, it helps build hand eye coordination and flexibility, it can sharpen your mind and self awareness, and learning a new skill is a killer self esteem boost! This six week course is designed to give you a basic understanding of hoop dance, while focusing specifically on cardio and endurance.

Classes will be Sundays from 5pm to 6pm on the following dates:
September 24th
October 8th
October 15th
October 29th
November 12th
November 19th.

Due to the amount of space hoops require, this class will be limited to no more than ten students. If more than ten students are interested, a second, or even third class can and will be added to the schedule. To reserve your slot, please send an email to [email protected], with your name, email, and phone number. You will receive a response confirming your reservation, but slots are first come first serve and are only finalized upon payment.

Class passes to cover all six classes may be purchased until September 24th for $54 ($9 per class). Class passes are for one student and are non transferable.

If slots are still available after September 24th, drop ins are welcome on a class to class basis at a rate of $12 per class. Any available drop in spots will be posted in the Facebook class events ahead of time and are first come first serve. To reserve a drop in slot please either comment on the facebook post, or email [email protected].

Hoops will be provided, so all you need to bring is water, your comfy gym shoes and an open mind! We look forward to seeing you there and hooping it up!
