Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. The strength and toning style is a unique and fast way to tone the entire body.
A ballet bar is used as well as weights, balls and elastic bands integrated into the classes where high repetition brings the muscles to fatigue and are then stretched, working every body part. Focus is on core strength and midsection toning with proper alignment and form.
